The Green Thumbs Guide
Over 300 A-Z Tips For Kiwi Gardeners

Keith Kirsten
New Holland

SUBTITLED 'Over 300 A-Z Tips for Kiwi Gardeners', this little guide is a gem for novices (and more experienced gardeners) who want to achieve positive gardening results without having to wade though a mass of technical books.

It's full of cost-cutting ideas and time-saving tips on various aspects of gardening, including how to sow seed, select garden plants, prune roses, outline new garden beds, mow wet grass, eliminate pests and weeds and make cut flowers last longer.

Not the prettiest book on the shelf, it's the perfect "dip into" size to pop into the glovebox of your car.
