Getting rid of liverwort

Can you tell me how to get rid of liverwort please?

Liverwort is a small flat plant related to mosses and is indicative of poor drainage, so it is important to keep the surface of the growing medium loose and dry.

Trials in New Zealand showed that Yates Surrender® achieved 99% control of liverwort when applied at 2% concentration to the surface of growing medium. However, Surrender does not work as effectively under cold weather conditions. In their information on the product, they claim that the product does not stain concrete or leave unsightly black moss after treatment.

Another product worth giving a try is McGregor´s Yield Moss Control.
