Climbing roses for the coast

WOULD you please advise the names of any climbing roses that may tolerate coastal conditions? Many thanks.

ROSES are very tolerant, but if you are very close to the sea, you could get bad salt burning, which damages the leaves and buds like a leaf scorch. Some varieties to try are 'Dublin Bay', 'Westerland', 'Compassion', 'Bantry Bay' and 'Uetersen'. It would pay to visit your local garden centre to see what varieties they have that are suited to your location.
